What particularly impressed was how Peter made us feel part of the whole process, listening to what we were looking for while advising on how to make the most of the available space in the bedroom, based on his obvious experience and expertise.
We felt we could have complete confidence in Peter and so it proved with a final product that gave us attractive and efficient wardrobes, together with a look-and-feel to the bedroom that was subtle rather than overpowering. Peter designed my dressing room to my specification, he came up with some excellent ideas as I wanted everything to have a place.
Peter took the time to go through everything to make this happen, from an area for my long hanging to shelving for all my cosmetics and of course an area for shoes and handbags etc.

We asked Pete to build our fitted wardrobes after getting a few other quotes and seeing what other places could offer, but decided to go with Pete because his wardrobes looked beautiful and of a very high quality.
His reviews were also very good and we had used Pete before some years ago for other carpentry work in our house and knew of his high standards and attention to detail.
The build of our wardrobes was no different. The quality and finish was excellent and they have totally transformed the room. We are thrilled with them!
Peter took the time and care to give us exactly what we wanted and made good suggestions to help us get the right interior that we needed. Whilst working in our house, everything was kept tidy and Pete was careful and considerate with the existing items in our home including the paint work and new wall paper in the room where the wardrobes are fitted.

Peter completed some wardrobes for my fiance and me last week. We are delighted with his work. The finished wardrobes look elegant and have been crafted with care and attention to detail. The bedroom in which they have been installed is small and I had some concerns about the wardrobes making the room appear cramped afterwards. However instead, they have enhanced the look of the space and the dimensions fit in perfectly. The fitted wardrobes are a great way to have maximised use of a small space to optimise storage capacity and are infinitely better than my old free-standing wardrobe.

From the moment we first met Peter we knew that we were dealing with a top-drawer carpenter, and as we discussed our requirements Peter was more than happy to help us find and develop the final solution. Everything was delivered exactly to the schedule agreed and the work completed as Peter had outlined.

I learned about Peter through looking online and finding his website which I found very helpful. After contacting Peter and emailing wardrobe door sizes as I had decided on a makeover things went very smoothly.
He called to take exact measurements and gave me lots of ideas for a fresh new look. He wasn’Â’t at all pushy and even took time asking me about where I would like things like the handles positioned on the doors because of the pattern I had chose. He was polite and friendly came on time did a full days work and didnÂ’t leave until he was happy with the look and fitting.
I left him in the house on his own and felt happy to do so allowing me to get on with my own day . I liked him heÂ’’s a genuine person and I also liked the fact that his sole job is fitting wardrobes and not a jack of all trades.

We had a complicated idea for our main bedroom, called Pete in to describe what we were hoping for. Not only did he get what we wanted but exceeded the design.
The bedroom he completed included one complete wall of built in wardrobes, staggered down the slope, a built in wardrobe in the alcove of the fireplace and a built in storage unit in the other alcove.
It flows so well and actually makes a bedroom seem larger with more storage than we have ever had.

Difficult room with a beam three parts of the way down but designed it very cleverly to incorporate a small concealed cupboard in between. Peter Lee replaced our old, ill-fitting wardrobe with a stylish custom-made one, with doors that closed properly and a look that reflected exactly what we wanted. Peter is a fantastic craftsman! He has worked on 3 different sets of wardrobes – one set being a loft space, another in our son’s bedroom and a third was a very creative requirement which involved housing a compressed cylinder and boiler and creating a laundry housing to dry clothes in a wardrobe space between the boiler and the cylinder. Peter came up with imaginative solutions and ideas, he is punctual and tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. The choice of colours and finishes is stupendous and the standard and quality of his work is outstanding – don’t bother looking at hiring anyone else!

Peter transformed our bedroom this summer. He made us a beautiful sliding wardrobe, with a great interior. Overhead cupboards and a great cabinet, incorporating a dressing table after consulting with us as to what we required.

We looked at various wardrobe suppliers but wanted someone with the experience to fit a new sliding wardrobe to fit our room exactly. So what we were really looking for was an experienced carpenter rather than just buying something ‘off the shelf’. We also wanted other bedroom furniture (chest of drawers etc) made to match. Peter clearly knows exactly what he is doing and put our mind at rest immediately. Nothing is too much trouble, he explains everything clearly and most importantly he gives you the exact finish and quality you want. Very impressed and we have been recommending him to friends in the local area.
